Peña Media Group
A video editor, a publishing system, an online store platform and an AI assistant — all built in-house by Willie Peña — plus the publication and radio station we use to prove they work before anyone else has to rely on them.
Working with us
Willie Peña has been producing marketing and content since the early 2000s, for companies from Verizon, Adobe and Colgate down to one-person businesses. The software above is what that experience turned into. Engagements usually fall into one of these.
Scripts, editing, branding videos, photography, social and ad creative — produced on our own tools, which keeps it fast and keeps the cost down.
Setting up AI properly inside a business, and teaching a team to use it. Not slideware — the same systems we run ourselves.
Getting content in front of people across every channel that matters, scheduled and measured, so you can see what actually returned something.
When the off-the-shelf thing does not fit. Everything on this page started as a problem somebody actually had.

What we build
Everything below was built in-house and is in use. Capability varies — some of it is finished and running daily, some is still being built — and each entry says which.

Video editor
A full non-linear editor built in-house — multitrack timeline, complete audio chain, colour grading, and editing that can be driven by an AI agent. Used to cut everything Peña Media produces.
Multitrack · −16 LUFS delivery · agent-driven editing
Named for the Babylonian sea goddess who was split in half to make the world — which is what an editor does to a timeline.

AI operations assistant
An AI assistant that actually does the work rather than just answering questions: it runs scheduled jobs, handles email and calendar, deploys its own updates, and asks permission before anything it cannot undo.
Durable memory · self-deploying · approval-gated
Named for the Roman god of doorways, who faces both ways at once.

Content distribution
Publishes one piece of content everywhere it should go, on schedule, then reports what it earned. Thirty-three platforms, with analytics, a CRM and revenue tracking attached.
33 platforms · scheduling · revenue attribution
Named for the way water finds every channel beneath it.

Online store software
Self-hosted commerce. One product can be sold through several channels at once — card checkout, marketplaces, affiliates — with sales traced back to the campaign that caused them.
Stripe · Square · PayPal · multi-store
Named for the king whose touch turned everything to gold, including what he loved.

Original fiction
The Enchanted Life of Cerine: Book One — Dreambound, a novel in progress, with interactive companion pieces built around it. The studio makes its own stories, not only the tools for telling them.
Novel · companion experiences
The one name here that is not borrowed from anywhere.

Publication and radio station
A live entertainment publication for teens, with a 24-hour music station and its own player. Everything above gets tested here first, in front of a real audience, before it is offered to anyone else.
24/7 station · 500+ tracks · live publication
No myth attached. This is the part that has to work in public.
Each of these is described at length in Work.
