Work

The projects, in detail.

The home page is the summary. This page explains what each project is, what it can do, and where it currently stands — whether it is finished, in production, or still being built.

Video editor

Tiamat

Tiamat is a non-linear editor written in-house because the alternatives did not do what the work needed. It has a multitrack timeline, a full audio chain — EQ, compressor, limiter, reverb, delay, fader and pan automation — colour grading, and an export path that agrees with the preview sample for sample. Edits can be driven by an agent over MCP as typed operations that commit to project history, so every change is undoable and reproducible.

What it does

  • Multitrack timeline with linked audio and ripple editing
  • Loudness-normalised delivery at −16 LUFS, with MP3 and 16-bit WAV targets
  • Preview and final render verified against each other to within a delivery LSB
  • Agent-driven editing over MCP; every operation is undoable

Status

Public. Not for sale and not offered as a subscription — it is the studio's own instrument.

Content distribution

Cascade

Cascade takes one piece of content and routes it through five layers — Main, Well, Soil, Siphon, Tap — to every channel that should carry it, then schedules the posting, records what happened, and attributes revenue back to the campaign that earned it. It is the difference between making media and operating it.

What it does

  • 33 platform connectors
  • Scheduling, first-party analytics, CRM and revenue attribution
  • Brand intelligence dossiers and campaign generation
  • Multi-tenant: each client's keys, each client's data

Status

Internal platform, operated for Peña Media properties and selected clients.

Teens Wanna Know

Publication and radio

Teens Wanna Know

A publication with a 24/7 radio station behind it and a player in front of it. TWK is where the tools are proven: if an editing workflow or a distribution path does not survive a real publishing schedule and a real audience, it does not get described anywhere else.

What it does

  • A live publication with an editorial calendar
  • TWK Radio — 24/7 at 128 kbps, 500+ tracks, tiered rotation
  • Ad traffic, as-run logging and delivery ledgers
  • A branded player at play.teenswannaknow.com

Status

Live. The audience is the proof.

Janus

AI operations assistant

Janus

An autonomous agent runtime with durable memory and a real execution loop. Janus runs jobs, deploys its own code, and takes approval-gated action across email, calendar, messaging, commerce and its own production infrastructure. Every action is logged and auditable; nothing irreversible happens without a gate.

What it does

  • Durable conversations and runs across restarts
  • Self-deploying, with rollback
  • Approval boundaries on every outward action
  • Its own database; other systems are reached as explicit integrations

Status

Internal. The most technically ambitious thing here.

Cerine

Original fiction

Cerine

The Enchanted Life of Cerine: Book One — Dreambound, and the experience systems built around it. A holding company that only owns infrastructure is a contractor. Cerine is the part that makes something which did not exist before.

What it does

  • An original novel, in manuscript
  • Companion experience systems and interactive surfaces
  • A canon maintained as a working reference, not a wiki

Status

In development.

Midas

Online store software

Midas

Self-hosted commerce built around an offer model rather than a storefront: one offer, many destinations — card processors, marketplaces, affiliate channels. Tenant-aware, so each property resolves to its own store, and wired back into Cascade so a sale can be traced to the campaign that caused it.

What it does

  • Offer model with channel-independent commerce sessions
  • Stripe, Square and PayPal destinations
  • Idempotent payment webhooks and inventory decrement
  • Revenue attribution back into Cascade campaigns

Status

In production.
