Who we are

Peña Media Group is a marketing and media company based in Los Angeles, California. In this policy, “we” means Peña Media Group. You can reach us at info@penamediagroup.com.

What we collect

When you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address and message you type. Our server also records the IP address and the time of the submission, to help us deal with spam and abuse.

If you email us directly or work with us, we keep that correspondence, plus the business and billing details needed to provide services and keep records.

This site has no user accounts. It does not use advertising trackers, analytics or cookies of its own.

How we use it

• To reply to your message and discuss work with you.
• To provide services you have asked for, invoice for them and keep the records the law requires.
• To prevent spam, fraud and abuse of the site.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising.

Who else handles it

We use a small number of providers to run the site and the business. Each handles information only to provide its service to us:

• Hostinger, which hosts this website and the mailbox that receives contact-form messages.
• Stripe, which processes card payments for invoices and payment links. We never see or store your full card number.
• Google Fonts and Cloudflare (cdnjs), which deliver the typefaces and a graphics library to your browser. Like any host of web files, they can see your IP address and browser details when a page loads; see their own privacy policies.

How long we keep it

We keep messages for as long as they are useful for the conversation or the working relationship. We keep financial and contract records for as long as tax and business law require. You can ask us to delete your messages earlier, except where we are required to keep a record.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to info@penamediagroup.com. If you live in California, you have these rights under California law. We will not treat you differently for using them, and we do not sell or share personal information as those laws define the terms.

Children

This site is for businesses and adults. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us information, tell us and we will delete it.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and contact messages go to a private mailbox. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we take reasonable care.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will post the new version here and update the date at the top. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
